That’s our motto at the Victory Youth Group (VYG),

 

Established in 2018, the VYG is an active youth group network for teens and young people aged 14-25 years old, We have a weekly attendance of dozens of members in over our 3 locations and growing; so you can see how our motto rings true.

 

Being part of the Victory Youth Group is an excellent way to start life on the right path.

 

You may have had a terrible past or committed the most horrific mistakes, yet we believe there’s a way to make things right. That’s why at the VYG, every young person can get involved and fit in, regardless of their age, background, where they live or upbringing.

 

It’s not about being THE best, it’s about realising YOUR best, whatever that may be and with the encouragement of a VYG mentor, you will receive all the support you need to get there. So, whether music, dance or arts is your thing, it doesn’t really matter! It’s all about acquiring the tools you need to create the life you want.

 

There are also other projects that young people can engage in, to strengthen their drive to succeed academically and achieve top grades.

 

Activities of the VYG include:

 

• One-to-one mentoring

• Weekly ‘Real Talk’ meetings (Wednesdays 4pm)

• Weekly ‘Sunday LIVE’ meetings (Sundays 1pm)

• Outings and day trips

• Football tournaments

• Rugby tournaments

• Film productions

• ‘VYG Records’

• Real life stories

 

In addition, youth pastors and mentors are always available for advice or questions throughout the week.

 

So, it does not matter where you have come from; whether you have made the biggest mistakes of your life, feel like you don’t fit in or that you don’t know where to turn to for help, the VYG is always here for you. If you are aged 14-25 years old and you want to be part of something big, then the Victory Youth Group is the place for you!
